Sleepy Time Tea Blend
Ingredients: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Leaf & Stem, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) Flower & Stem, Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) Leaf & Stem
Drink a couple hours before bedtime to help your body wind down.
All herbs harvested during peak season at our home garden in Southern Georgian Bay, Ontario, Canada
Instructions: Measure 1 tbsp of tea to 1 cup of boiled water. Poor hot water on herbs as soon as water is boiled. Cover & let steep for 10-20 minutes. Strain & Enjoy warm or cold. Same herbs can be steeped for tea twice. Drink 1-3 hours before bedtime as a sleep aid.
